Raul Zambrano is a Senior ICT Policy Advisor for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). For the last 18 years. he has supported the deployment and use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in over 75 developing countries to foster development. He has currently focusing on e-governance policies and programmes with a focus on service delivery for the poor and e-participation. He has also supported the usee of Free/Open Source Software in developing countries since 1995.

Kafui Amenu Prebbie has a long history of activism in ICTs for Development in Ghana as well as Africa. He also co-founded the African Youth Initiative which was later supported by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) to be the African Youth ICT4D Network. He is also the Country Director of oneVillage Foundaton-Ghana. His focus areas include Linux/Open Source and ICTs for Development (ICT4D) especially in the areas Education, Health, and Peace Building.

Worked from 1993 to 2000 for NGO's as project leader (Blakans. Middle-East, Great Lakes region,..).

She works as a policy maker in the Information Society and Media Directorate General (DG INFSO) in the unit responsible for policy and coordination, the "Lisbon Strategy and i2010". In addition Mar is project officer responsible for studies related to the digital divide, einclusion and ICT for public services. She is also involved in the preparation of the i2010 Annual Report of the Information Society. Currently Mar is also responsible for a major Review report on digital literacy expected by the end of 2008.

Moreover, she represents Spain in the "e-inclusion" group of the European Union.
